At home hair color HELP!?

I have always gotten highlights and the bottom half dark. my roots have grown out about 3", my hair dresser passed away and i havent been to another. So, whats the best way to do at home color? Will my roots be a different color than the rest? Having the bottom half of my hair darker than my natural hair color, how do i avoid making it look worse. HELP! have something coming up fri evening

The equipment that is need to cut steel plate is a cutting torch or a plasma cutter.And here is how they work. what a plasma cutter does is has a electric arc that heats and melts what ever you are trying to cut and it has a air hose to the machaine the blows all the molten steel away. a angle grinder is a tool the has a disk on it the is used to shape and cut steel. And a torch has two tanks one is for oxy, short for oxygen the other is ace, short for acetylene and they have regulaters on both of the tanks witch is hooked up to a hose then to the torch body

Why do people pick out only metallica for "selling out"?

I don't understand why ANYONE says ANY of those bands sold out. For example Metallica, OH MY GOD A COUPLE OF RICH THIRTY YEAR OLDS DECIDED TO GET A HAIRCUT!!! WHATEVER WILL WE DO!?!?!? I think it's ridiculous. Also, I am a firm believer of doing what you enjoy, many of those bands probably got bored of what they were playing and decided to change it up. How annoying would it get if people demanded of you to constantly play the same material, in and out of studio, over a period of ten years. I also believe that none of those bands would have taken time to record those albums if they didn't enjoy doing it, you have to think about them. On top of that, those bands all play their old material live, so what more do you want? If you don't like the album, don't buy the album. If you wanna hear old material, then go see them live. So, as i said, absolutely NONE of those bands sold out, maybe they were bored, maybe they wanted to experiment, we'll never know, but every true fan of those bands will respect every decision they make, no matter what it is.

If a place has a sticker price posted on the wall for a product and its wrong do they have to honor it?

Local welding shop has a grinder listed for 104.00 but they said that's wrong when i went to buy it its 158.00 The tag that has been up for a year now was a miss print. Right now im waiting on the clerk to ask the store owner if i can have it for that price. Is there any laws in wisconsin stating if you list something for a price you must sell it for that price?
