If a place has a sticker price posted on the wall for a product and its wrong do they have to honor it?

Local welding shop has a grinder listed for 104.00 but they said that's wrong when i went to buy it its 158.00 The tag that has been up for a year now was a miss print. Right now im waiting on the clerk to ask the store owner if i can have it for that price. Is there any laws in wisconsin stating if you list something for a price you must sell it for that price?
