How do you separate sand from bone dust?

I think you will find that any methodology that you utilizes chemistry techniques will not be economically viable in this case. You'd probably be better off switching from the granite stones if the sand is a big problem. You could try the engineering forum to see if anyone knows of some good physical separation techniques.
