First time smoking cannabis (hash) help please?

ok im new to smoking pot. ive smoked hash mixed with tobacco with my dad once before and i had about 3 joints (we were sharing) and i didnt feel much at all, i just felt a little relaxed. im buying 25 euros worth of hash this weekend and i wondering 1) what way is best to smoke it 2) how much much should i smoke to get high. i dont have a grinder or a bong or anything just tobacco and papers. im 16 so i have very little money so i am planning on smoking it with tobacco because i cant afford to smoke just weed on its own. i am planning on drinking on the same night but i wanna smoke first to see what being high is like. i know i shud bycot tobacco and alcohol but i cant afford to do that yet as weed is too expensive. Please help me. peace
