Atheists, would you like to hear a success story?

I didn't even know what an atheist was till I got on R&S. It seems you put my head through a grinder, and spit out all my religious beliefs in tiny pieces. As I see the ruins of the pieces lying on the ground, I see need seedlings sprouting up from the dirt, a new age coming, a new understanding of Life, new horizons, and yes, you made me see how stupid some of what I believed was. We are much more than our beliefs, we can get rid of what is not working for humanity, if I can do it, others can too. Is it nice to hear a success story? To hear somebody admit they were wrong about a lot of things? I think it is the greatest thing we can do.
