How to learn to stomp dance?

So one of my theatre teachers asked me to choreograph a stomp dance. It's a sort of "Stomp, the performance" type setting. Baggy clothes, gangsters, garbage cans and boxes for banging on. I'm the lead step dancer, but I don't know how to step/stomp dance. I don't know why he thought I could, but I don't want to disappoint. Please let me know how I can learn to stomp dance in 3 days!!!! :) Thanks
