Why wont my hair grow!?

I used to have beautiful long hair! But I cut it and bleached it a lot and then it got really bad and dry. Now its back to being soft and pretty but its been like a year sincew ive cut it and doesnt seem to have grown at all. I stilll bleach it but like every other month and I deep condition and take biotin all the time! I reaolly need my confidence back because this is depressing, and i want beautiful hair! Im seriously considering conculting a dermatologist about scalp injections. If I can see ,my roots growing it IS growing right? I just wanna know my hair isnt stuck or doomed forever. Please help a sista out!!!! Ill try anything just foir a little more length!
