Who disagrees with drug testing for welfare? who disagrees with welfare?

I totally agree with drug testing the welfare broodcows and their roaming sperm donors. Why should my tax dollars go to support a bunch of crack hos laying around spitting out future generations of welfare brood cows....welfare brood calves as it were....hahahahahaha.
