I have always gotten highlights and the bottom half dark. my roots have grown out about 3", my hair dresser passed away and i havent been to another. So, whats the best way to do at home color? I don't understand why ANYONE says ANY of those bands sold out. For example Metallica, OH MY GOD A COUPLE OF RICH THIRTY YEAR OLDS DECIDED TO GET A HAIRCUT!!! WHATEVER WILL WE DO!?!?!? I also believe that none of those bands would have taken time to record those albums if they didn't enjoy doing it, you have to think about them. On top of that, those bands all play their old material live, so what more do you want? If you don't like the album, don't buy the album. If you wanna hear old material, then go see them live. So, as i said, absolutely NONE of those bands sold out, maybe they were bored, maybe they wanted to experiment, we'll never know, but every true fan of those bands will respect every decision they make, no matter what it is.

Thoroughbred schooling horse for advanced riders acts like jerk even in the indoor what do I do?

My instructor told me how wonderful he is but I don't think anyone rides him or has ridden him professionally in quite some time. My instructor wants him in a martingale. He's not young and Im sure he's had one on before. He won't go into the bit pressure and goes around like a prancing deer about to explode any second. My instructor tells me my hands should be in front of the saddle but I don't want to ride him with short reins since he's not listening. I've been on him twice and can get him to trot up with nice big strides and relaxed, its only when I start to shorten the reins that he goes stiff and looks for things to spook at. I've cantered him and it went amazingly well but he really hates it when I do a half halt and shakes his head. I think its because I do small half halts with just my fingers really quick and to him it felt like a jerk instead of a steady give and take. He's a tooth grinder. I've never ridden a horse that grinds the bit before. My instructor said he does it way more with the inexperienced riders and she was impressed that he hardly did it at all with me (probably because I had so little contact on the reins and like to ride with my hands low and close to my body). I have natural dark blonde hair. I recently used Revlon Frost & Glow with the pull through cap to give it some highlights. I love it! It worked great, and since I'm a college student who can't afford the salon, I love it even more. However, it's been a few months and my dark blonde roots are growing out and it looks kind of dumb. Can I use the same kit again to touch up the roots? The highlights have faded some and I figure I'll leave the bleach on the roots more than the ends to prevent it from being too blonde. wow - bummer! a fan in the fireplace would take the smell up to the second floor and wouldn't solve your problem. however, if the fireplaces are not being used as such you might consider a flex tube dropped down from the roof. maybe an eight inch diameter tube with a fan in your area. that would exclude the second floor fireplace opening. you would have to pass the tube through the flue behind the firewall on the second floor. with the fan on this would create a laminar flow in your area up the tube and out the chimney. if the fireplace idea doesn't work you could put the tube out the window.

Tooth hurts really bad, help! :(?

okay no chemicals get damage repair shampoo and wash 3-5 days a week no blow dryer, straightener, or curler any heat products are a major no no. drink 3 waters a day, eat healthy, and exercise. don't brush you hair when wet. if you wear your hair up no one will notice. put it in pigtail braids for like 1/2-1 hour and it flattens my hair. you can look on youtube for more information or products to grow it out. good luck :)

Is foot stomping good or bad?

Ive just taken on three shetland ponies. One is a 5 year old mare with a colt at foot, and the other is a seven year old stallion. I've been surprised at how nice the stallion is, he has bonded straight away and doesn't try to assert his authority. I've noticed however, that when I go over and pet him, he sometimes puts his head down and stomps his front left hoof. Could this be some sort of passive aggression, or is it a sign that he is enjoying the cuddle?! Also, he isn't completely broken. He is halter trained, and im trying to get him to respond to pressure (poking him in the shoulder til he moves). However when i apply pressure he gets annoyed at me and sticks his head into my belly. The fading time differs from the product,it may take 6-8 weeks to fade. And that's washing everyday. And if bleach was used then i would be carful for the fading. Bleach makes the faded color sometimes look orange on sertain colors. Hope this helped.

This problem is indicative of the need for a root canal. They went ahead a did my porcelain filling even though they should've known that I needed a root canal. Now I need a root canal and I have to have the filling taken out to do it. I also complained when my appointment did not sow up in the computer. From that moment on they kept giving me bad service on purpose. When they discussed my treatment with me they just referred to my fillings as fillings. I told them specifically that I wanted the metal ones. They gave me resin, and that filling costs twice the price. They did it on purpose. Now I want to start the process of arbitration. do I need an attorney for that?

A month and a half ago I was working in the yard and I was compacting some dirt by stomping on it with my right foot. The next morning there was a bruise on the outside of my calf by the chin bone close to the knee. This bruise was not sensitive to the touch like it was external, and I don't ever remember hitting it. It feels like it is coming from the inside.Fast forward a month. It has been tender the whole last month periodically, especially after I walk a lot or work a lot or bend my legs a lot. And, the bruising and swelling always return for a couple of days after I do anything with that leg, like yesterday I had my legs bent for a long time while I was staining a piece of furniture. Today the front of my right leg is bruised and sore, right in the same spot by my knee, where the chin bone meets. Making iron oxide fast?

I have looked up many ways to make iron oxide but they take several days to a week. i also found that when using a ball mill that the metal will start to oxidize if it becomes too fine. so if i wanted iron oxide then theoretically i could get a piece of iron and use a grinder on it and put all the particles in a jar with vinegar, water and a little salt and it would produce rust much faster due to the increase of exposed surface area. Can anyone verify this?

Siezed Wheel bearing on 1971 mustang?

The wheel bearing went out while i was in town and i had to drive it about 1-2 miles so i could park it in a safe spot so i could find a trailer and bring it home. Once i got it home i pulled the wheel and drum off and the wheel bearing was seized to the spindle so i took my grinder and grind each side of the wheel bearing and took a chisel and pop it off, so it wasn't welded to it but when i was looking at the spindle i could see that it grind some on the spindle and if i remember it wasn't smooth either, the drum isn't usable any more but is the spindle still good?

MY ex-coworker called me and said "hey, your landlord keeps calling to complain about noise in your apartment". I am a very quiet natured person, and I know people could understand my frustration when I've done nothing wrong. Each complaint gets put in my file, and after a certain amount I can get EVICTED for something I didn't do. I've even received a complaint for a dog I don't have. I have brought this to the attention of my leasing office and all they say is "okay, I'll let my manager know" OR "I'm sure everyone in your area received a notice" which is complete bullshit because my door is the only with a notice stuffed into the crease. what should I do at this point? I've got 4.5 months left in my lease and it disgusts me that my family has to tiptoe around our own house. We are a fairly young couple. I'm 22, my husband is 25 and our only son is 18 mos old. Once even, our upstairs neighbor was purposefully stomping around their apartment from 8am until about 230 pm when my husband and I got sick of it and called security. There are so many different "opinions" out there and I don't know who's advice to follow. I live in the desert southwest where the temperatures are regularly hitting 100 degrees. I have huge patches of grass that are dying. I have my sprinklers set to come on at 7am, three times a week for 25 minutes. First thing people assume is that I'm not watering the areas that are dying but I assure you that I have pretty good coverage. Next, some have said that I may have grub worms. Isn't the grass supposed to be able to be picked up like a rug since the roots have been eaten? Haven't found any evidence but I'm treating for grubs currently just in case. Finally, some think I may have a fungus. I don't know how to diagnose fungi but from the pictures I've seen online it doesn't match. Maybe I need to aerate? When's the best and/or worst times of the year to do this? I aerated my yard last June and lightly again at the beginning of this spring. I can't afford a machine so I'm forced to use a handheld step aerator. The grass that dies will turn a blue-ish grey for a day or two, then yellow. Huge patches mixed in with lush green healthy grass. I'm currently treating my yard in stages, insecticide (caged off due to pets), then followed by a fungicide a few days later. I know that these applications are probably to close together but I'm so frustrated that I'm willing to try anything! I failed to mention that starting early spring, I have been fertilizing every 4-6 weeks. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you.

Guitar pedal help, overdrive?

I'm trying to get a "light overdrive" sound, like those alternative/indie rock bands. I have a Fender Mustang 1 amp and Fuse software... The Overdrive stomp box settings are Level, Gain, Mid, Low, and High.... I've been playing with the software all day, I can never seem to get the kind of sound I want out of the amp... I mostly play acoustic guitar and I find this guitar amp stuff to be so overwelming.

My dentist agreed to give me veneers after warning me that I will probably break them after a couple of years because I grind my teeth at night, even if I wear a guard at night. I don't have anything against raw diets, but I would suggest finding a way to grind up the chicken bones for all of your dogs. They are not supposed to eat them whole or crunch through them because the bones splinter and can cut their mouths, get stuck in their throats, and cause them to have pain while they use the bathroom.

Dentists wont fix my teeth?!?

Why won't a dentist help me out. I have insurance and chipped my tooth (I'm a night grinder). I have been working for a Steel Fabrication Company for little over a year now. When I was Hired I was intended to be only a Grinder. With an Opportunity for advancement to the back where this is called the Cut Shop part of the Shop. Soon After 3 months after being there they moved me to the back. I have been in the back know every machine and run every machine periodically. I can Press Metal " Bend", Run Angle Matic, Run Coaper or Pedimat Machine, Run Pedimat Saw and Drill line, FPB Plasma Table and Burn Table or Water table. All without any assistance. I have knowledge of someone who has been there for 10 years and I have only been with them for a year. I also Know how to bend pipe for rails and build rails, tack weld, and grind. I was hired making $7.50 an hour minimum wage in my state. I am still making the same amount even after a year and a placement change of my position at my current employer. Is it against the law or something to be paying me the same amount for some of these other duties or positions that I am faced with? Should I expect a raise for the position change? Please help! Thoroughbred schooling horse for advanced riders acts like jerk even in the indoor what do I do?

My instructor told me how wonderful he is but I don't think anyone rides him or has ridden him professionally in quite some time. My instructor wants him in a martingale. He's not young and Im sure he's had one on before. He won't go into the bit pressure and goes around like a prancing deer about to explode any second. My instructor tells me my hands should be in front of the saddle but I don't want to ride him with short reins since he's not listening. I've been on him twice and can get him to trot up with nice big strides and relaxed, its only when I start to shorten the reins that he goes stiff and looks for things to spook at. I've cantered him and it went amazingly well but he really hates it when I do a half halt and shakes his head. I think its because I do small half halts with just my fingers really quick and to him it felt like a jerk instead of a steady give and take. He's a tooth grinder. I've never ridden a horse that grinds the bit before. My instructor said he does it way more with the inexperienced riders and she was impressed that he hardly did it at all with me (probably because I had so little contact on the reins and like to ride with my hands low and close to my body). I think draw reins on the lunge line might help him. He goes in a happy mouth bit I think. Its a snaffle with cushiony stuff around it. Should I buy a welder or pay somebody to do it for me?

I bought a 69 Firebird to fix up. I am trying to decide if it is worth it or not to purchase a welder and do the work myself or just pay to have it done for me. I have been too busy at work to eat let alone make calls around to auto body shops for estimates. I, for sure, need an 80% quarter welded on (came with the car), outer wheel well, driver side floor pan (just by feet if that matters) and driver side firewall extension. How much would a shop charge for the labor? I am looking at a Hobart 140 MIG, cart, gloves, and helmet for say $700 shipped (sears.com)…and a grinder for under $100-150 with discs and misc. stuff. So that’s $750-800 in tools…is that close to what I would pay in labor? If I did it myself I would have a welder and some more tools to add to my collection. Anything I am not considering? Opinions? If you are unhappy you have to let him know, it's going to hurt him either way and there's no way around that. Tell him in a calm but serious tone that way he knows you are serious. You still can be freinds with him, hanging out and stuff, but the relatiionship has to come to an end (no more bf/gf). Feels like my 2004 GTO has power lag or something?

I have a 2004 Pontiac GTO.Has 30,000 miles, 6 speed transmission. When I first got it, this car was really fast. Now I have put SLP underdrive pulleys, 3:90 rear end gears, SCT Flash tuner, x-pipe with straight pipes and stock cats. Had a cold air intake but took it off. My buddy owned this car before me for about a month, and he drove it a couple of weeks ago and said he was shocked of how much slower it is now compared to when he had it. When he had it, all that was done to it was a dyno tune. The best way I can describe what is wrong with it is it seems like it has power lag. If that makes sense? It seems like there is a turbo on my car with major boost lag, but there is no turbo. When you stomp on it, it takes like 3 seconds for the power to kick in. The RPM's are going up, but no power. And when you downshift, it seems like you can feel the power in the throttle, but something is just completely holding it back and not letting loose. The only thing wrong with my car is an exhaust leak. But there is no way that is hurting my car that bad. Please tell me you know what is wrong???

I started out with me liking someone else and talking to him just cause he seemed nice. him is gonna be E. the guy i liked at first is gonna be S. And another guy opened the door for me and pushed E. out of the way, and there was a huge bruise on my arm for a long time. If I was sitting on the ground doing something or zoning out into something he would stomp on my shoes. That's when I got up and yelled, "You act like a sixth grader!" and I pushed him and walked away.That's when I hated him but liked him at the same time. The next week, after p.e. If you think of a box when you come out of the house into the back yard, to the opposite end and dead center is a stone fireplace that's been there forever. we do use it and enjoy it. to the right and coming up from the back there is maple tree, then the garage door and then the gate to the driveway. On the left is our daughter's swing set. there is some open green space in the middle that the kids use to play and run around. off the house is a deck and patio. back on the left there is an extra strip that goes back maybe 30 feet and is probably 10 or 12 feet deep. towards the front of that space is a big tree (over 100 years old) that we would never cut, but the roots make it impossible to grow anything. and because it is "around the corner" it never gets used. any suggestions on what we could do to make it functioning usable space?

Can I complain about my upstairs neighbors?

I have complained about stomping and his kids jumping around and yelling and screaming and that, for the most part, has gotten taken care of.
